For Acrossnz.com to prepare and book your New Zealand itinerary , there is a one off fee of NZ$100. This service provides you with a complete and comprehensive itinerary, customised to suit your specific requirements.

Your Acrossnz New Zealand Itinerary service includes the following:

• 1. We call you (if convenient) to discuss your travel arrangements
• 2. The unlimited use of a professional New Zealand based travel agent
• 3. A comprehensive customised New Zealand itinerary with a variety of accommodation, transport and activity options provided.
• 4. Upon approval of your New Zealand itinerary by yourself, we book and confirm all the accommodation, transport and activities selected.
• 5. Your itinerary is posted on our online itinerary planner, which is printed off and used as your full itinerary. This includes location addresses, reservation numbers and all relevant information.
• 6. Free support during your trip
• 7. Free delivery of your vouchers travel documents within New Zealand

Miscellaneous Charges

We also charge NZ$20 per person for domestic flights and ferry booking (max NZ$60 per group/family per flight)

For any travel documents to be couried outside of New Zealand there is a flat fee of NZ$50

The New Zealand itinerary planning service fee is non-refundable.
