New Zealand is only 3 hours flying time from East Coast Australia, 4.5 hours from Adelaide and 8 hours from Perth. Air New Zealand has direct flights from all of Australia's capital cities with convenient connections throughout New Zealand.
We also have access to airfares with Qantas, Pacific Blue and Emirates giving you more flexibility with your timetables.
CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
Deposit
A deposit of $250 per person is required within
7 days of confirmation of your reservation. If this deposit is not received by Acrossnz by the due date, reservations may be cancelled without notice.
Final Payment
The balance of monies due must be received by Acrossnz at least 40 days prior to departure
to facilitate timely preparation and delivery of
documents.
Cancellations
In the event of cancellation, you agree to pay the following cancellation fees listed below. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and provides protection against most legitimate reasons for cancellation. Any cancellation charge levied by the airline noting most airfares are non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after reservations have been confirmed and up to 65 days prior to departure a cancellation fee of $250 per person will apply. Between 64 and 8 days prior to departure 50% of the cost will apply. Within 8 days of departure there is no refund. The client is responsible for the cancellation fees immediately confirmation of arrangements is conveyed either verbally or in writing.
Prices
All prices and amounts quoted in this brochure are for New Zealand land content only. Prices are in Australian dollars and are based on rates of exchange and New Zealand tariffs applicable as at 10 October 2006. Prices may be subject to change during the validity of this brochure due to international currency fluctuations and other factors beyond the control of Acrossnz. Any changes in prices affecting a client will be advised immediately they become known.
Not Included
Airport arrival/departure taxes, charges for excess
luggage, golf clubs, personal services, gratuities,
laundry, drinks, meals except as specified, pre-travel documentation, personal accident and | |
medical expenses including all communication charges incurred on a passenger's behalf.
Holiday Costs
All prices are a gross amount including all services
stipulated and itinerary planning, currency transfers, booking procedures and communication
costs. Unless agreed by Acrossnz, no itemised costings will be provided.
Refunds
Once departure date is reached, cancelled or unused services/vouchers are not refundable. Vehicle early return does not qualify for refund. Refunds cannot be authorised by
service providers.
Green Fee Supplement
Your green fee supplement is added to your self drive package and includes pre booked tee times and electric carts where available and based on two players in the cart.
Vehicle Bonds
Insurance, accident and fuel bonds apply to the vehicles featured within these self-drive itineraries. Full details can be found in the current Acrossnz New Zealand Independent Holiday Planner.
Golf Safari
Acrossnz reserves the right to cancel or alter the operation of any departure of the Golf Safari due to not achieving minimum
numbers to successfully operate the tour. In such event the client shall be advised of any changes or cancellation and be offered any available alternatives or a full refund of their tour costs.
Golf Course Notes
Due to maintenance or local/international competitions the included golf courses may not be available for your specific day of play, in this instance we will make every effort to provide you with an alternative
course for play on that day.
CONDITIONS OF BOOKING NOTE
Due to the diversity of product featured in site it is not possible to practically
detail all Conditions of Booking, Deposit and Cancellation information. Intending travellers with concerns as to specific details on these matters should raise them with Acrossnz and be satisfied with them before requesting any firm reservations be made on their behalf. By instructing Acrossnz directly, either verbally or in writing to proceed with Reservations on your behalf the client shall be taken to have accepted these conditions of booking as binding. | |
