This New Zealand incentive tour was 6 months in the making and had two back to back tours that travelled around the South Island with a guide from Isreal and a local Mercury Pacific representative, who was ahead of the group making sure that each aspect of the group’s logistics worked perfectly. This made for an absolutely seamless trip, that was one of the best tours we have ever had. The weather was perfect, which also helped :-). We had specific dietary requirements which had our MP rep in the kitchen for breakfast, lunch and dinner making sure everything was in order and was an important aspect of why we were chosen as the local. We were very proud that everything went sensationally well and that the group enjoyed every aspect of the trip.
This was a wonderful winter tour that had the top executives and achievers travel to the South Island of New Zealand for an 8-day tour. The tour started in Christchurch and then travelled down to Queenstown with visits to Milford Sound and the surrounding region. The weather was phenomenal and the scenery was some of the best the coach driver had ever seen, with snow-capped mountains and warm winter days. The next part of the tour was the amazing part! The group hired 9 Maui campervans and travelled up the West Coast visiting all the top spots. It was something different and everyone loved the independence and the fact they stayed in some native bush in luxury campervans. Winter can be the best time to visit as it is a lot cheaper and the scenery can be even better than summer.
This luxury tour was an incentive tour to both New Zealand and Australia for 48 delegates and their partners and was 5 star all the way! The tour was based in Queenstown with unique daily activities organised with optional extras for anyone that wanted to do something else. The tour highlight was the charter flight to Milford Sound as there was not a cloud in the sky and for many of the delegates, this flight was one of the most amazing trips they have ever experienced.
This tour is the second time Oxley College have used the services of Acrossnz Groups. The first tour of a touring rugby team was so successful they decided to bring the soccer, hockey, netball and tennis teams as well as the rugby teams. With the school playing 23 games in Dunedin, Queenstown, Greymouth and Wellington during the School holidays this was definitely one of our more challenging tours to organise. All the schools were on holiday and it took a lot of effort from both the Acrossnz staff and the wonderful people who organise school boy and girl sports to get this trip off the ground. The tour highlight was the Luge, Shotover Jet and whitewater rafting on a beautiful April day.
This tour was during the middle of winter so required special attention to detail with regards to the type of activities and locations that the group participated in. This tour used the services of a New Zealand based tour guide who spoke Polish fluently as well English. The group was another incentive tour and we used some of our favourite options that we have found work well with previous tours. Tour highlight was the overnight stay at Mt Cook National Park and waking up to Mt Cook covered in snow, with not a cloud in the sky.
This tour was fantastic for all involved. This group was so enthusiastic about everything that they saw and did the coach driver said it was one of the most enjoyable tours he had ever taken. Every dinner, activity and stop off was an event and the fun had on this trip was constant. The driver became one of the family and therefore went the extra mile to make this trip as special as possible for everyone involved. Tour highlight was everything, from the feedback we received.
We have organised 5 educational tours in New Zealand and Australia for the University of Delaware and the amazing Steve since 2006. This tour had very specific educational requirements and was a mixture of study classes during the day and educational activities that were suitable for all the students. This tour was in Australia and was based in Sydney. We had to keep everything within a strict budget and made sure that all services provided were of the best value available.
