Interislander offers daily services and 3 passenger vessels: Arahura, Kaitaki and Aratere. This means you get a wide choice of sailings.

Proximity to airport: We recommend you allow at least 30 minutes from a taxi ride to Wellington airport
Proximity to town: Wellington Terminal is a short drive from the city, or a $2 shuttle from the train station.  Picton terminal is a short walk from the town centre or train station.

Catching the ferry between Wellington and Picton with Bluebridge is a real treat. Enjoy our hospitality or kick back in your very own private cabin. Catch a free movie and refuel with great coffee, fresh sushi or the Cook Strait classic – hearty fish ‘n’ chips.

Our Wellington terminal is conveniently located in the central city, close to a range of accommodation options and tourist hot-spots. We’re also just down the road from the Wellington Waterfront Motorhome Park – a brand new facility where you can park your campervan or motorhome overnight.

Our Picton terminal is less than a kilometre from the town centre –our shuttle service offers drop-offs and pick-ups at a range of locations around town including the local i-SITE.
