Hi Mark, Just to inform, we have safely landed in KL last week and sadly back to reality!…:) Anyway, we would like to thank you in assisting our NZ trip. Simply put, the reason we chose Across NZ was because you have replied with our rigorous queries, as compared from other company and seems to understand what we want. Despite several misunderstanding, I’m glad we have chose your company. We got a lot of unexpected scene such as strong wind @ Mt Cook campsite, wake up with a beautiful rainbow, a lady handling 3T lorry @ Wanaka crown road to Fox Glacier- Franz Josef (tough hilly u-turn route), falling in a hole in FJ, the stare of the other NZ’s population – a group of cows (almost all of them staring @ 4 of us) when we accidently drove via an offroad to Jackson. Nevertheless, the adventure was even more fun when we saw so many beautiful scenery + fantastic weather and very warm NZders.. 15days, we covered more than 3500km. I think it is not enough. Definitely, one of my best vacay so far. I guess my colleagues would agree too. We really enjoyed it! We hope to come again to cover what we missed. P/S : Maybe Enit, Kelly, Tono have their reviews too…

Hello Mark Agree with Huda & Khalida. We had one hell of a great time in NZ J Between us we have approx. over 10,000 photos and till now don’t think any of us finished looking at them. Just too many spots and views great for photo shoot. Nice country you have J. Thanks for making the arrangement. Well done! One important point to note is the Pacific Horizon staff hospitality. One I recall is Casey when we picked up the campervan. She was very helpful and informative and glad we took her advice re route! If you happen to deal/see her again, pls convey our thanks to her. Finally, will definitely come again, perhaps do cycling for a change. Kia Ora!

Mark: here’s some feedback on our trip. Before I forget, thanks for your help with everything. I hope I can refer others to you in the future. Auckland: We stayed at the Crowne Plaza and thought it was very nice for the price – $200 per night U.S. Great location Te Anau: Radfords. We really liked it there, the owner, Kerri, was so helpful. Ask for rooms on second floor for better view. We were on ground floor and our sliding door opened up on the parking area. Queenstown: Rees. Didn’t like this place as much. The room was pretty small, but the people at the front desk were so nice and helpful. The restaurant was one of the best we had ever been to, anywhere in the world. We also did the shotover canyon jet boat ride and liked that as well. It was rainy day and a spur of the moment decision to do that instead of hiking. Another day we did the Earnslaw boat to Walter Peak ranch. The food at Walter Peak was bad. I would not recommend this trip to others. Franz Joseph Glacier: Glenfern villas. A clean and large cabin with full kitchen, living room, bath, and bedroom. A really nice place to stay. The helicopter glacier hike was great. It is expensive, but I thought worth the money as long as we were there. Pancake Rocks: The Rocks homestay B & B. A beautiful house and Roland was very nice. Ask for the larger bedroom. Abel Tasman: Ocean View Chalets. One of our favorite places. We just loved the cabin and the view from our balcony. A super location for exploring AT park. Wellington: IBIS. You get what you pay for. Cheap price and good location. Powderhorn Chateau: Really nice place to stay, friendly people, but a long drive from the trailhead. I think the Tongariro Chateau is better for people doing the Tongariro crossing hike. The food was good at the Powderhorn and I can see it would be a busy place in the winter. Turangi: Creel Lodge. Absolutely a beautiful apartment and location. Outdoor barbecue, full kitchen, gardens, short walk to the river. Wish we could have stayed there longer. The owners were very nice. We did a great white water rafting trip in Turangi with Rafting New Zealand. They took care of us so well and it was fabulous trip down the rapids. Highly recommend this. The people at Powderhorn told us about this. Rotorua: Regent. Great place to stay. Really liked the hotel, the room and the location. But one night seemed enough for us in Rotorua. Hamilton: Shailers B & B was superb. Beautiful home and location. Great hosts. Highly recommend that. Wish we could have stayed longer. We ordered dinner ahead of time and had a gourmet meal. Waitomo Caves: The Black Water rafting trip was fun, and challenging. Don’t think many people our age do that, but I am glad we went. Regards,

Hi Mark We have just returned from our trip which after NZ included a time in Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong and we got home last Thursday. We wanted to write and express our appreciation for the itinerary you planned for us. The accommodation was great and the balance between single nights and three day stopovers was about right. Obviously we would have liked to have stayed longer in a number of places but that would not have been feasible considering the amount of miles to cover and places to see. The stay at Morepork Lodge in Paihia was extremely good and worth your while suggesting to other clients in the future. In fact all the b & b’s were of extremely high quality. The Te Waonui Retreat was especially good. The Dunedin stop was fun. When we first drew up outside “Bygone Era” we wondered what on earth we had come to but inside it was quirky and fun and the owner very helpful too. Unfortunately the weather was a bit iffy and this spoilt the trip to Milford Sound as it poured all the time, Great for waterfalls which were spectacular but not much good for wonderful scenic shots of the mountains. However we had a thoroughly enjoyable time and wanted to let you how much we appreciated your attention to detail With very best wishes Alan and Fran Rashbrook

Overall we were very happy with the trip and the organization of the hotels and tours. You included everything that we wanted to see and do. We also appreciate that you were available for us during our trip if we ever emailed you for information. We would recommend your services to others without hesitation. Take care Ravit and get in touch if you ever come to Singapore.

Hi We just got back into LA from New Zealand and I wanted to write and thank you for arranging a great trip! The hotel accommodations were excellent without exception, the stops were well-timed for driving, and all of the destinations were beautiful. My boyfriend now wants to move to Dunedin :), while I fell in love with the area around Queenstown…. Anyway, just wanted to let you know that everything went beautifully and to thank you for everything. Also a thanks to your friend at Allways Rental for the free GPS (it was a lifesaver in Christchurch :) )

Hi Mark, Thank you so much for all of your help with this amazing trip. My wife and I will never forget it. I have never been on a trip that went without a hitch. From beginning to end, it was awesome. Dan even convinced Emily and me to jump in to the ocean with him on our last day. Also, the Mumford & Sons concert was incredible. The only reason we were able to see them was because you got the tickets so fast. From Emily and myself, we want to thank you and assure you that we will be recommending your services to people for years to come. Thanks,
